this first strip first appeared 2/2/1974.

Our second strip  (also drawn by Williams) originally appeared in the issue dated 2/8/1975.

Our final strip (by Jim Watson) first appeared in the Chips section of Whizzer and Chips, issue dated 12/6/1982.

It's not the only strip to appear in both the Whizzer section and the Chips section.  Frank McDiarmid's Boy Boss (moved from Whizzer to Chips, and Lazy Bones also appeared in both sections of the two in one comic.  (taken from the comments from the original post, with thanks to Andy Boal.
