Hora de hablar de todas esas tendencias que ya habréis visto en tiendas. La primavera empieza mañana, y el sol sale bastante a menudo (al menos donde yo vivo). Por tanto, podemos empezar a pensar en comprar nueva ropa para la nueva temporada.

CLOTHES:
-Coats:
We always need a coat, don't we? But during the warmer months, we don't want a big cozy coat. That's why these coats are a trend. They're very light, and made of some materials that can protect us from chilly evenings, but that are not nearly as warm as the fabrics used for winter clothing.
I've seen a couple of these in Zara, and they're gorgeous. Lovely colours, you should check them out.

Siempre necesitamos un abrigo, ¿verdad? Pero durante los meses más calurosos, no queremos uno grande y que nos agobie. Por eso estos abrigos son tendencia. Son más ligeros y están hechos con materiales que nos pueden proteger de las tardes más frescas, pero que no son para nada tan gordos como los usados en la ropa de invierno.
He visto un par de ellos en Zara y son preciosos. Unos colores muy bonitos, deberíais echarles un vistazo.
-Dreamy dresses:
We're used to seeing this kind of dresses in certain shows. However, this season we've seen them everywhere. They're very romantic.

-Pinafore dress:
I remember using these when I was a kid. That's why I think it's cute to see adults wearing them.
It's a cool trend. I mean, at least it feels original.

-Skirts with volume:
Skirts are trendy. As you'll see, if you keep reading.
Different kinds of skirts are going to be trendy this time, unlike other seasons.
This first kind of skirt is one where the volume is on the top part of the skirt. I'm curious to see how highstreet stores are going to copy this trend.

Diferentes tipos de faldas van a ser tendencia esta vez, al contrario que en otras temporadas.
El primer tipo es este en el que el volumen se encuentra en la parte alta de la falda. Me resulta curioso pensar como van a copiar esta tendencia las tiendas más asequibles.
-Skirts with buttons:
This season is all about the 70's, and this kind of skirts prove it.
We're talking about high-waisted skirts with buttons (for decoration, mainly) on the front. They're usually knee-lenght.

Esta temporada volvemos a los 70, y este tipo de falda lo prueba.
Hablamos de faldas de talle alto con botones (como decoración más bien) en la parte delantera. Suelen llegar a la rodilla.
-Asimetric skirts:
This is a cool kind of skirt, but I think it's hard to pull of. I mean, models can, but I don't think everyone can.
This particular shape can make our legs look quite weird. Not the most flattering trend, to be honest. But if you want to try it, go ahead!!

-Skirt + shorts ( "skort"):
It's hard to give a name to this kind of piece of clothing. It's like a semi skort. You can also see the shorts when you look at the front part of it. I think I like these better than skorts.

Es difícil bautizar a este tipo de prenda. Es como una especie de falda pantalón, pero en la que también se pueden ver los shorts por delante. Creo que me gustan más que la falda pantalón clásica.
-High-waisted trousers:
I'm totally in love with this trend.
Low-waisted trousers are really unflattering, and these ones are the total opposite. They make you look thinner and they make your legs look longer. They hug your body really nicely.

Los pantalones de talle bajo no favorecen nada, y estos son todo lo contrario. Hacen que parezcas más delgada y crean la ilusión de piernas más largas. Se ajustan al cuerpo muy bien.
-Halter neckline:
I don't know about you, but I don't usually pay attention to necklines. However, I need to tell you this particular kind of neckline is a trend. I don't really like it, but it looks good if you are thinking about dressing up. I can't see myself (or anyone else) wearing outfits with this kind of neckline everyday, though.

-Shorts:
Shorts for the summer, a classic. However, this season we're not supposed to wear those tiny shorts we saw last season, but ones who are almost knee-length.

I'm not a big fan of this trend. I used to be when I was 12/13, but I hate them now. However, they're a trend. If you're feeling retro, embrace the trend.

We don't have many trends to follow beauty wise.
For hair, we're going to see buns and braids, which are supposed to look slightly messy. The "wet hair" effect is also trendy, and so are hair accessories. Let me show you some examples of each trend:

For make-up, we're going to choose a very natural look. The "no make-up" make-up look is the winner of the season.
If we are going to use some colour, we should go for a thin line on the upper lash line. Also, pink shades are the trend.
En cuanto al maquillaje, vamos a elegir un look muy natural. El look de "no maquillaje" es el vencedor de la temporada.
Si decidimos usar algo de color, deberíamos optar por una línea fina a ras de las pestañas superiores. Además, los tonos rositas son tendencia.
