Performing live isn't easy, and even the greatest artists admit to getting nervous before they take the stage. And yes, that includes Justin Bieber.
The singer recently joined BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge for a stripped-down acoustic performance with his OG guitarist Dan Kanter and it appears his nerves got the best of him. While singing, Justin completely blanked on the words to his latest hit single, Major Lazer's "Cold Water."
Though this isn't the first time he forgot the lyrics to this song (Justin messed up the words during the [V festival](http://www.teenvogue.com/story/justin-bieber-forgets-cold-water-lyrics) earlier in August), he's in good company. Major artists — including Adele — slip up on their lyrics during their live performances from time to time. What matters most is the recovery; like a pro, Justin stayed on key and finished the song as if nothing happened.
After his appearance, he took to Twitter to apologize to his Beliebers and emphasized that he really wanted to be his best. Justin also performed an acoustic cover of 2 Pac's "Thugz Mansion," Tracy Chapman's "Fast Car," and his own Purpose hits including "Love Yourself" and "What Do You Mean."
